Lean back, relax, and rent from us! All you will need is your school supplies and your clothes! No deposits to make or appointments with the cable guy sometime between 1PM and 5PM. You are in Oroville to learn. We make it simple.

We have many styles of living in different locations, all close to campus. We rent rooms, studio apartments and RVs exclusively to Northwest Lineman College students. The rooms open for move-in two days before the beginning of the semester and move-out is 5PM on graduation day. We provide the couch, cable television, internet, central heating and air conditioning, beds, desks and dressers!
